I have a fear of dentists so it was over 20 years since I went last time. I had some meds to take Incase because of my anxiety but I really felt very comfortable and more so, I felt heard. They listened to me and understood my fears. I had a great experience and I never thought I would ever say that about going to the dentist. Thank you!
Visiting and having an appointment with all of you is a treat (as much as going to the dentist is treat - ha). Seriously I appreciate what you do. You're very kind, thoughtful and supportive. I want to apologize to Courtney because she sent me the right time today but I was late. And We had talked about Joanne's appointment in October or November. Adding an appointment for me the next day works great. Thanks!
It’s rare for someone to look forward to going to the dentist, but I do! These ladies do a great job of taking care of my teeth and giving me honest care. Coming to Elgin Family Dentistry is seeing a team of friendly faces!
