I went into this program sceptical of the diet and process. I have struggled with my weight most of my life and dieted many time with various levels of success. The cost of the program is significant and there is alot of planning/work to it; so don't go into this thinking there is an easy button or magic pill that makes the fat fall away.Specifically, buying the fresh foods and prepping them takes work. If you work during the day, you will need to plan and prep the lunch for the next day. And while the caloric targets might seem low, I was never hungry. This program has helped me put my life in order with food and has made me much healthier. Angie has been fantastic to work with, see is a wonderful motivator.
