This practice gets it! I know they are new, but I did not have to wait 6 -9 months for an appointment, I did not have to wait for an hour in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes in the exam room. Kimberly, who is a PA-C, listened and let me ask questions and share concerns. Her assistant and the staff were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Pinnacle and especially Kimberly Cowart. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had an appointment with Eliza Abraham and she was so kind and comforting. She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. Highly recommend 10/10
Dr. Tope and his team, including Helen his RN, are the greatest. Highly skilled but down to earth. I was in for Mohs surgery and they treated me and had me out the door in one hour!
