Richard was so communicative, professional and knowledgeable! As first time home buyers we felt really overwhelmed with what we didn’t know. Richard took the time to explain each part of the inspection (including an 80 page inspection report!). He also told us what testing we didn’t need. He went through each part of the home with eagle eyes - he even noticed a broken lock on a bedroom window. He was quick to respond, and was willing to work with us on a tight schedule. He gave us the facts and his professional opinions when we asked. Also gave us a list of people he’s worked with! All around great guy to work with. He is the one you want to have inspect your home!
