We weren't sure if we should do an inspection or not and are so glad we decided to invest in really getting to know our potential property. Not only did we learn things about the property that influenced our thinking about how much to offer, but Ron was generous with his time in answering questions for us and included a huge book of tips on how to take care of our home in the future. As first time homeowners, this was priceless and really took some stress out of the process. Would definitely recommend Residential Inspections Services to anyone buying their first (or second, or third, etc.) property!
