Very bad practice. I’ve had so many issues here. Just wow. I don’t want to mention too much of my conditions. But I can’t believe how unprofessional. I stayed because they used to have good doctors no longer the case. Sad

I have been going to FAFP for over 15 years! The relationship I have built with my primary care giver is something I am so thankful for. FAFP is an amazing clinic, reception is so great so friendly and will always get you in ASAP. I usually have to wait no longer than 4 days for an appointment if I don’t get in right away. If you’re looking for a reliable clinic with honest and dedicated doctors and staff, I highly recommend.

Had a very bad experience. Even after mentioning that we are here for annual checkup then also doctor talk about other thing to charge for unwanted things.Doctors here are trained for generating bill and not to cure patient.
Especially Dr. Maleeha Faisal she has done twice to me in 2 years.
Never ever recommend anyone to this.

Very unwelcoming service at front desk. One lady was filing her nails while being on the phone with maybe a potential patient not sure if business or personal. The other lady, just greeted with us by asking, “How can I help you?” in a not so enthusiastic way. Now to my other sad disappointment. I scheduled an appointment with a Dr. Maleeha Faisal for my 95 year old mother. At first I was glad I was able to get an appointment within a couple days as all the other sleep specialists in the metro and surrounding areas were booked out to almost October. I know this should have been a red flag. Well, I allowed 35 minutes to get to this office. Not knowing that exits were closed along with major construction and to top it off I am not familiar with that area. So, it took well over an hour to get to this doctor’s office. My mom has minimal mobility and it took a while to get to the 4th floor as she had to stop and rest along the way. By the time we got to the office she was literally out of breath and her body was weak. Yes, with all mentioned above, we got to her appointment late. There was no empathy from the workers. They took another patient in my mom’s appointment. Yes, I do understand there are other people with appointments but I thought for sure we could get squeezed in but no they didn’t care about the reason why we were late and they didn’t care that my mom was out of breath as oxygen was the reason we came for the required consultation. The beware that I post this is the fact that I have a hard time believing this Dr. Faisal’s patient care philosophy that is posted on the Edina Family Physicians website by the way we were treated. I did mention several times that it would have been nice to know about closed exits along with the major construction at the time I scheduled the appointment so we could have left 1-2 hours earlier. Shame on all of you. I sure hope today was a bad day for all of you and that you don’t make a habit of treating all your elderly patients as you did with my mom.

I have been a patient at FAFP for over 15 years. I’ve seen Dr Berge for the last five years and can’t say enough good things about his care. Being a retired physical therapist I have worked in healthcare my whole career and with lots of doctors. These guys are the best. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment the same day if needed. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly! Ellie and Doc Nelson are the best as well. It’s very comforting to have them provide my health care! Thanks for all you guys do!

I was feeling sick and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible, but I couldn't even make an appointment.Over 12.00 dollars was the reason they wouldn't make an appointment for me... 12 DOLLARS, can you even imagine not wanting to help your patients over that? The customer service is terrible and the employees are rude. This place is horrible, and I don't recommend going there.

Over priced. Over charged. Resolved zero of my issues after multiple visits and redirected me to more effective, cheaper treatment centers for my issues. Cannot recommend alternative offices enough. Look else where.
