This is my second time visiting the Dyson Service Center in Edina. So impressed with the friendliness and willingness to assist me with my problem. No appt. necessary and they repaired the broken trigger on my V14 while I waited…15 min. I was even able to purchase a new V15 cheaper than online. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service. After searching for a solution online with no luck, we decided to bring in our Dyson vacuum. It was under warranty so owed no money and it was fixed in under 5 minutes. We also received great advice on the best bang for our buck smaller vacuum. They are very knowledgeable and helpful here!
Brought in my 9-year old non-functioning Dyson Ball as a last ditch effort before replacing it. They swiftly resolved three clogs and had it working great again in 10 minutes. Highly recommended if you’re looking to keep your vacuum going!
