After losing my dad, I found it hard to handle my emotions and didn't know where to turn. My family encouraged me to try Cabot Psychological Services. I was nervous before my first session, but the therapist made me feel comfortable right away. They listened without judging me and gave me simple ways to cope with my grief. I'm thankful for the care and patience I received throughout the process.

I have been with Cabot for a few years and don't have any intention of going elsewhere. I feel truly safe and comfortable in the space and with my therapist which for me, is so important. The office location is super easy for me to get to and has plenty of parking. I also love that I'm able to do telehealth when needed and that my therapist ensures our video calls are on a platform that is HIPAA compliant. My therapist is AMAZING, I highly recommend them!
