Mike VK, long time at this company, is exceptional. Made sure my furnace was set for the winter and confirmed I knew how to take care of the system and that BWS available for any questions or concerns. This company has outstanding support staff and I have the monthly subscription service for most prompt attention. Unlike prior companies I’ve used and dismissed, this one doesn’t try and upsell added services; they do discuss improvement needed, factually and matter of factly… I intend to be a customer for life, thanks to the care provided by Mike and his colleagues.
Steven did a very thorough inspection followed by an explanation, showing me all the data and photos so I can be aware of the condition of my AC. He explained in terms I could understand!
