I needed to do a return of some full price items because I forgot to use my coupon, and asked the older woman (who was pretty rude and clearly annoyed about doing my return) if that refund would be issued immediately, and she said “yes”. I went to re-purchase my items after I used my coupon and boom, card declined. Then she tells me it takes 3-5 days for the refund to go through. After I literally just asked her if it would go through instantly. It was a bigger purchase because it was Christmas gifts, and now I don’t know if the refund will even go through before Christmas and I can get my kid the damn presents she wanted. Megan was FANTASTIC! She did a cut/color for me and the tone is the prettiest I’ve ever had! I have curly hair and she did a phenomenal job on the cut. Not to mention the vibes at the salon are amazing and everyone there was super nice and uplifting. 10/10 would go again (and plan on it). She even stayed later to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Thanks Megan!
