They were so kind to let my dog borrow the stretcher over night to get her home, Shyla ended up having a ruptured uterus, and an infection and was septic, they took such good care of my baby girl!! 🫶 , thanks for helping me with a payment plan as well, I called multiple different vets and they all recommended this place I'm glad I went here.

Although I appreciate & desperately need the sliding fees, it was very frustrating & stressful that they were short-staffed with extremely long wait xs which my poor furbaby was NOT a fan of.... also, they used to do wellness physical exams in the room with you, so I was surprised & unhappy they took my terrified kitty out of my sight to their back room for over half an hour :( The 40 min drive to/from isn't easy either, just a very hectic traumatic visit all around :(

I had to unexpectedly put my 10 month old puppy down, and let me tell you! This was the hardest decision we had to make, but the staff here were all so caring and kind! It made this sad experience a little bit easier. I will definitely bring my next fur baby here! Thank you Mission Staff🥰🥰🥰

Words can't express how happy I am with Missions Animal Hospital! My 8 month old Rottweiler had gotten a really bad cut on his leg over the weekend. My finances were really tight and I had exhausted all my resources. I was recommended Missions by several other clinics and maaaaan I'm so glad I gave them a try. I arrived early Sunday morning and was out of there no later than 12pm. The check in was pretty quick and easy. The staff were super friendly and understanding. Once it was my time to be seen, they assessed my dog's wound quickly and gave me the medications/antibiotics I needed to help it heal. The pricing was unbelievable. They were able to work with me and set up a payment plan as well. I recommended this place for sure!

I said that they say first come first serve but that's not really how they work things here I was the first one in this parking lot at 6:00 in the morning and they told me at 9:00 to come back at 1:45 and I live 2 hours from here because they pushed me back with my dog's broken leg till the afternoon when I was the first one here so first come first serves a lie so I don't believe that cuz it's not how they work it.

Edit: “unrealistic expectations” is as a response is crazy. All I wanted was pleasant care for my pet. Trust me, I know this is not a fit and I do not plan to return. Before my appointment, there was already two red flags. First, I got a text about my dogs appointment saying it was for vaccines only and they wouldn’t be doing anything about a neuter. I booked my female/spayed dog an appointment because she was limping, never said I needed vaccines. Second, when I sent them my vet records from my last vet I told them my appointment was on 1/5 (Monday) and then when they thanked me they said they would see me on Tuesday. These are small things, however it got worse. My appointment was at 4pm and I wasn’t seen until after 4:45 and I think it was only that soon because I stepped out of the room to ask when someone was coming. I was there because my dog was limping periodically, I told the vet tech when it had started too. Vet came in and said she heard that my dog was chronically limping (not the case) and didn’t know how long it’s been going on for despite it being noted down. I don’t think she fully looked over my dogs notes before coming in the room to talk to me. She then said my dog could lose a few pounds. When I asked how much she weighed, she didn’t know. They took my dog again at the end of the appointment to weigh her (what I believe was for the first time). They never asked her breed, and I listed it as “other”. She is a mixed breed with pitbull, bully terrier, and german shepard and currently weighs 36lbs. Vet recommended she loses 5 pounds which was almost her weight from when I rescued her from a neglectful home. Vet also prescribed meds to my dog which she said it was an anxiety med that also acts as an anti-inflammatory. After returning home Google told me it is not, and it is a pain killer. Overall it was a poor experience, I don’t think the vet was very focused on her. Staff were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for anything else. I don’t recommend going here unless you need urgent care (maybe).

Great staff. Went in for urgent care as my daughter cat, Madam Scarlett was showing distressing signs. They checked her out, explaining everything throughly and giving updates of concerns.

I brought my dog to Mission Animal Care for an eye procedure that cost over $2,000. Unfortunately, the procedure was unsuccessful. When I followed up, I was told the clinic has an “85% success rate” and that if I want them to attempt to fix the failed procedure, I would be expected to pay the full cost again.
This policy was later justified as being “in the fine print,” which was never clearly explained to me in a way that reflected the financial risk I would assume if the procedure failed. I was disappointed by the lack of accountability, transparency, and willingness to share responsibility after an unsuccessful outcome.
My priority has always been my dog’s health, but I did not expect to be placed in a position where I would need to pay twice for care due to a failed procedure. I would strongly encourage pet owners to ask very detailed questions about failure outcomes, revision costs, and financial responsibility before proceeding with treatment here.

I have tried to call at different hours of the day and they still don’t pick up the phone! You need new front desk people I have never had this experience before! And it’s almost impossible to book online, why doesn’t anyone pick up
