I switched from this hairpiece.. ..the metal pieces near the Ear always push thru the plastic piece where you put the adhesive...so I end up trying to sew it to keep it from popping up more.. always happens ...

I had a terrible experience with IHG. A client of mine had an allergic reaction to an adhesive, and I needed urgent guidance on how to handle the situation and explore alternative options. I called IHG on December 20, 2024, and left a message, but no one ever responded. Feeling unsupported, I sent an email on January 2, 2025, detailing my concerns and disappointment, but again, I received no response.
This wasn’t a minor issue—it involved someone’s health—and the lack of communication left me feeling completely abandoned. I cannot trust a company that fails to address serious matters like this, and I will never do business with them again.

The entire process to begin the Intro to Hair Replacement course online was great. The self pace option made it so easy and convenient to take and the instruction was very detailed. I was able to take the course on the go and at home. Thanks IHI for such a great experience.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not work with them. The only thing you will receive in return is headaches. This company is not worth your time, listen to the other 1 star reviews, they are an accurate portrayal of what to expect from them.
Awful company. They lie to their employees outright and treat them so poorly. Don’t do business with them. Seriously. Awful, awful company.

I ordered a custom hair unit from my salon, who ordered from this company, its been 6 months and now we are told it will be another 4-18 months. Covid or not this is not acceptable for the amount of money paid. I will never use this company or send any customers to this company ever again.
