I have been going to the Family Eye Clinic in Eden Prairie for a number of years now and have always had a great experience. My glasses have always been top notch quality and you can walk in any time for an adjustment to your frames if they aren't fitting right anymore. I was just in this past Friday, and I was so pleased with my visit. Dr. Ruhland is great. She is kind, patient, and explains things very clearly. I highly recommend her. I was also helped by Cassandra who was very knowledgeable about frames and lenses. She had great taste and took into account my preferences. She picked out frames for me that I'm so excited about. Due to insurance reasons I have had to go to other places - Lens Crafter, Walmart. They just do not get it right and I have had trouble with getting a good prescription and glasses. I pay out of pocket to come to this place. They get it right and are very helpful. I have actually moved out of State but will come back here once a year to see them when visiting family.

People are helpful, whether front desk, optician, or eye doctor. They got me in right away and offered fast turnaround for glasses. They do adjustments right away or call you in if your glasses are being made to order.
