Pete at Emerald Locksmith did a fantastic job of being punctual and having great communication all while explaining the process for Locksmithing. He was a wealth of knowledge and was super kind. He had my safe opened within 20-30 minutes! He also was able to keep my safe intact. 10/10 would recommend Emerald Locksmith, and make sure you ask for Pete!
I needed a spare car key. When I called, they immediately answered and then had a technician call me back five minutes later. The communication between me and the tech (Chris) was amazing. He was very kind, professional, and very flexible with his time. They are great at their jobs and very respectable and patient. I will for sure use them in the future.
Thank you Jose! I've been trying to get a 2nd key fob for our push button start car. I tried 2 other area locksmiths, got disappointing service from both, and no new fob. When I contacted Emerald, Jose called me back right away. He gave me a reasonable quote with a reasonable date of service (he needed to order the fob, as it wasn't one they stocked). In the end, because of a unique situation with our vehicle, he needed to use a manufacturer (rather than aftermarket) branded key fob, which certainly cost the company more, but he stayed true to the original fee he quoted me.
