I'm stubborn and have never needed professional IT support before. I'm glad I reached out to John/Computer Fixx before going to a chain. John was communicative, prompt and transparent about needs/costs. I didn't feel pressured to spend more than what we had reviewed and he was very patient during a stressful situation for me. If I ever hit an IT wall again, I would definitly follow up.

John is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He asked all the right questions, listened to my needs and took the appropriate action.
