My brows always turn out fantastic, but their hours are so inconsistent. If you open at 10... open your doors at 10. It's 10:15 and they are closed with no sign. I am not from eden prarie, so the drive here just for them to be closed is ridiculous and a waste of my time and gas.

I always go here to get my brows threaded and cleaned up! The ladies are friendly, and although they aren't super talkative they are talented at what they do. I always walk away with the best brows! Over time, they were even able to correct my unevenness from years of waxing. I'll never go back to waxing after this - it's worth the extra pain for the precise nature of threading! I also love that they trim the brows after waxing to give them the exact right shape. My only complaint is that I am not usually asked what id like done to my brows, which leaves me anxious that they are being made too thin or an odd shape before I see the end result. I'll give 3 stars because they've done an amazing job in the past. The new lady, however, screwed up my left eyebrow twice in a row. I'm leery of going back. Thanks for your services
