This Massage Envy location is the best I've ever worked with and I have been a Massage Envy member for more than 15 years. In fact today because of a terrible experience at another location, I almost canceled my membership all together. However my interaction with Aliyah frankly preserved this relationship that I've come to rely on for peace of mind for years. She was empathic, calm and understanding and she reminded me why I decided to commit to Massage Envy in the first place. It also reminded me that one location in Arizona wasn't representative of the whole of my experience with a company. I am very impressed with the level of service I had today at the Eden Prairie location. The manager, Jennifer, gives impeccable customer service. I had my first massage at this location, and I believe it was the best massage I have ever had. I am so impressed with my masseuse. I will be a returning customer. I recommend.

We were visiting from out of town for the holiday and made a last minute appointment.The staff was extremely accommodating in getting us joint appointments. My wife made an appointment for a Swedish Massage as she is very sensitive and cannot tolerate deep massage. She was extremely pleased with Tracey. Tracey gave her an excellent treatment and responded to every wish. I had an appointment following my wife. I had issues with my shoulder. Even though Tracey does not do deep massage, she was able to get the knot out and relax the entire area. We visit family several times a year, and next time will make an early appointment to make sure we get her.
