No one answers the phone at this place. I like my daughter's dermatologist but, no one will answer to make, cancel, or change an appointment. I've tried calling 6 times today and 4 times on Thursday last week. It is almost enough for me to switch practices at this point. If you can't answer the phone, give me the option to leave a voicemail.

I cannot recommend Dr. Hanson highly enough! I’ve been seeing her for several years now for my annual skin checks, and her professionalism, thoroughness, and calming presence always put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me great confidence in her care.

The physicians and patient care staff are wonderful. The front desk staff is extremely rude, both on the phone and in person. Over multiple appointments and interactions we are consistently treated like we are making them cut off their left arm by requesting an appointment. With how much we pay for each visit, I would expect better.

Scheduling staff was very friendly, yet staff within clinic were ok. Dr Gabriel Amon was friendly, but very rushed feeling and was straight to the point vs having a discussion with the patient knowing after seeing the notes I am a new patient that doesn't regularly get skin spots removed. No explanation on what the steps will be during the mole removal or advising how to help heal the cuts after. Very quick goodbye without sharing we can simply change and walk out of the clinic. Honestly, felt very pushed/rushed through. If you need a simple fast clinic for a mole/spot removal and know what to expect, this is a perfect fast clinic since my first time was max 11 minutes from walking in and out (including time with paperwork). (this is coming from someone who has worked in different fields of customer support and strive for people pleasing, was honestly extremely disappointed)

Paid $1000s and still have legs and left arm covered with lesions. A few times they sent me a bill before filing with my insurance, which I provided to them. I was also in the Dupixent program but they dropped me from that. NEVER will visit again

Probably my Worst experience of all: I visited their facility in NEW BRIGHTON, MN. During the visit: The overall reception was okay. Treatment: Post visit: No improvement with problems stated. Billing: Estimate quote Vs Actual bill - 4 times the quote amount. Tried involving my insurance but nothing helped. Notes: In-Correct Billing: Medical codes mention of a surgery but in actual a gel/lotion has been applied (Till date issue is in same stage as it was before visit).
Update: Contacted Billing department: not received any solution.

I’m moving on. When a surgeon has a scalpel in her hand I will not respond to her comments about some politics. The nurse was vocal as well.
