I had this business put in a paver patio which is NOT level. I get an area that water pools into. After several attempts to get them to fix it, they refuse to come fix it and ignore all my communication to get this resolved. I don't recommend them as they do bad work and don't keep their promise for 100% customer satisfaction and quality work. Horrible experience with owner of business. All they had to do is fix my patio which they did not.

Pro Land Snow is the best in the business hands down. From the office staff to the employees in the field everyone is super friendly and hard working. Estimates were prompt and the work exceeded my expectations. You never know what you're going to get these days but this crew rocked! Literally.

They never showed up and never finished the job they started. Told me they would be over Tuesday 4 weeks ago. Never showed up. My lawn never got finished. Creeping Charlie still creeping. Weed killer they used did nothing. Don't waste your money with them. Would not recommend them to anybody.

Tim, Eric, and all of the guys have been so fantastic at both the removal of snow for our spaces, the strange requests we have given them, and just their overall work completed. Their responsiveness and effectiveness have been beyond impressive while always tackling the biggest challenges. They truly made this winter for us a breeze. We are so excited to have worked with them and cannot recommend PRO Land | Snow enough!

We have used Pro Land | Snow all winter for our three properties. The representatives are responsive to anything that comes up. They also follow the agreed upon outline that was provided to them at the start of the season. I suggest everybody do this business and homeowners. That way it's clear from the start what everybody's expectations are, and you have a document fall back on. We haven't had any disputes with this company and they have done, at the very least what was agreed on. We have a lot with 215 parking spaces and roughly the same amount of space for our shipping and receiving lot. Plus we have the other two buildings.
