I came in expecting helpful financial advice but the experience was disappointing. The representative seemed rushed and didn't offer clear explanations about interest ratees or repayment options. I felt more like a sales target than a client. The rates were also much higher than I expected, even with a stable credit history. I’d recommend comparing other lenders before choosing this branch.
