Extremely disappointed. Called for information and to compare places. Apparently this means you signed up for services and aren’t contacted again until they bill you (the company we went with notified us BEFORE the service…as they should). They did a service on our lawn, we called and told them we didn’t sign up for it again, nice receptionist said ok she could cancel everything. We had a conversation about who would pay for that service. Company came AGAIN. Burnt our lawn due to the company we set up services with was just there a few days prior. Called them repeatedly. Received 1 call back and were unable to answer. I continued to call and speak with receptionist and leave voicemails. Finally reached someone today and he was so disrespectful and rude. Couldn’t even have a discussion with him. He wouldn’t hear anything I had to say and just kept saying I was wrong. Threaten us. So I hung up. I would not recommend based on this conversation alone let alone all the issues with NO responsibility taken for anything. I truly believe we both were in the wrong but he wouldn’t hear of it.

Do not use this company. I called over two weeks ago to get sprayed and said that my yard needed to be sprayed asap because my house is being put on the market. The woman on the phone kept trying to ensure it would be done very soon cause they were in my area (which they were cause a neighbor down the street had a fert l lawn sign up) but they use wording to make you feel it was gonna happen and then snatch their word away by say we will do our best. So with that wording I said can I cancel if you dont make it by that time. Cause otherwise I will use another company. Woman on the phone said yes. I have been calling to get it done.... your on the list. Should be anyday ! I called to have lawn services setup for Thursdays which Randy assured me was a done deal. Yet again used the wording " we'll do our best". I explained my fence was being painted Saturday. Yard and weed eating needed to be done. They didnt show up!!! When I called to cancel this morning the woman kept trying to give me reasons as to why it hadn't been done. All the while making me feel like a bad customer. Finally after hearing her excuses. I said I'm just gonna cancel. She said well I will have Randy call you. Because there is a charge for cancellations. I called 2 weeks ago for a spray which your company promised and added a lawn service which your company failed to show up for. So you didnt offer the services promised. She then said " well you know what we will cancel your services" basically yelled at me in very rude tone! Then hung up on me. Let me just say I will keep this account on paper. If I receive a cancelation bill. I will see them in small claims court. They will not get a dime from me.

5 stars for customer service. I had a discrepancy with my lawn clean-up service so I called. I was told Pauley was one of their best employees, someone they would "send to do the President's yard", and Pauley would make it right. He did...and with an overwhelming pleasantness. Pauley came out that same evening, before going home for the day, and took care of the matter with NO grumbling, no complaints, and no disagreement! The day before, when I wasn't quite ready for Pauley to service my lawn (daycare toys everywhere), he VERY nicely said it was no problem at all and he could come back at MY convenience to do the job, not his, MINE! He didn't tell me anything about HIS schedule or having to fit it in at another time, he simply asked when would be best for ME and he showed up at EXACTLY that date & time. He was also VERY meticulous in the work he did...at little "OCD", lol, but so am I so I LOVED his attention to detail. I am very impressed with the response from the company but ESPECIALLY from their employee...someone who "owns" the business at heart. Thanks Fert-L-Lawn and THANKS PAULEY!
