Jeff was extremely thorough and efficient. He was able to do the inspection the day after our offer was accepted and had finished his review before I arrived so that I only had to dedicate time to the walk through portion with him. This was a huge timesaver for my busy schedule. Jeff is very detailed and honest. As a first time home buyer I felt like I was in good hands and will go to him again in the future for these services.

Jeff did an amazing job inspecting a property I have under contract. I met him at the property and he patiently walked me around the entire property, pointing out defects and potential problems I might run into (even through all four seasons). He was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced.With his expert eye, he revealed some significant safety hazards regarding the breaker panels that were worrisome. He quickly found things that I would have never known to look for. Not only am I better off in terms of re-negotiating the price, but it is also nice to have a list of projects in my back pocket that I can reference as I make improvements. Thanks Jeff!
