The service technician came out to us in under 2 hours on a Saturday. He was here for all of 10 minutes and found the problem. The capacitor was not working. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Our central air unit quit blowing cold air some time today (July 7th.)
After getting home from work and finding our home at 85° my wife, Shena called three local HVAC companies.
Brad, a technician with Blake Electric, called back immediately.
He was at our house in under 30 minutes and, he had the problem fixed even faster.
Very friendly, very professional.
I would highly recommend Blake to anyone in need. Prompt mobile service and a VERY reasonable rate!

Air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. They sent out their technicians (subcontractors). Checked everything and could not find anything wrong. Started blowing cool air again. Paid the $99.00. A few hours later is quite again. I called and asked to have them come out again. They said I will be billed $99 again. I said I would not pay it since they did not fix it. They would not send them out to finish the job.Technicians came into my home with no shoe protectors on. I would not recommend this company. They jockey subcontractors around.

This company and their employees are great. We had to replace both units. They came to my home and removed the old units and replaced with new. All in one day. They left no mess. The air flow and cooling is better than the original. Their price beat all competitors. I will refer everyone to them.

AC stopped working after hours, so I gave Blake Heating & Air Conditioning a call and they sent out a technician within an hour and a half. Aaron was very thorough in checking everything for proper functionality. Wound up needing a couple of parts replaced on the outdoor unit and after Aaron installed them, I had cool AC again! Very professional and quick service in a time of need, I appreciate you guys and will definitely use Blake Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.Services: HVAC duct & vent repair

This is a 5-star operation if there ever was one. Kudos to Blake Heating & Air Conditioning for being an excellent company to deal with. I just had old radiators pulled out and a new system put in. The manager quoted me a great price (half of what another company quoted), and he kept me up to speed on every aspect of the job. His team, which included Harry and team did and fantastic job. My hot water heater stopped working on a Friday evening. I called Blake Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent a repair person out right away to restore our hot water until we could have the unit replaced. When the day for the replacement came, made the installation fast and efficient, with excellent professional service. The price was definitely competitive with other companies as well.
