During the coldest week of winter, the heating coil on my heater went out. The part was on back order across the entire country. Wenzel was able to obtain it a full week faster than the other companies I called- and came out and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. The technician also explained to me everything he was doing in layman’s terms. The heater has not had any issues since the repair, which was about a month ago.

I recently had my air conditioning unit and my furnace replaced by Wenzel, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Jeremy, Cory, and Dallas were prompt, courteous, skilled, and very detail oriented. When they left my condominium, you could not tell that they had been there. I highly recommend Wenzel for residential heating and air conditioning needs.
