I had a last minute cancellation with my friend who was doing my makeup for my wedding. I came to Ulta with a inspo photo and the gal who helped me find every item I needed was so friendly and helpful. I know the very basics of doing makeup, and I wanted a full glam look for my wedding. I could not have gotten the items without the help of that worker, I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves a raise. As well as the girl who rang us out, she was so sweet and giggly. Congratulating us on getting married and all, it was such a good experience especially because I was so very nervous to go in and ask for help.

Went in looking for a new fragrance and most of the testers were nonexistent. Sales person made excuses saying they get stolen so we can’t help it. You can’t sell them if we can’t smell them first. I can understand some, but this was ridiculously empty.
