Had Ethan out this morning (Sunday) to look at my furnace. The burners were not firing consistently, so our house wasn’t heating. He found the problem and made the fix. His quick response with calling me back this morning and getting out quickly to solve the problem was totally awesome. I appreciate the Sedgwick team very much!
Just had air conditioning and furnace serviced. The technician completed work in a professional and friendly manner. Sedgwick installed our furnace and air condition 9 yaers ago. As I recall, once some sort of electrical component was diagnosed as "failing". Technician replaced on the part on the furnace before it completely malfunctioned. Other than that, always heat or cooling as needed.
I first scheduled an appointment online with Sedgwick for an AC tune-up on 07/30/2025, and the process was quick and hassle-free. Communication from Sedgwick and their technician, Brent, was excellent throughout. Brent arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and highly professional. While performing the tune-up, he took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and even shared helpful tips to keep my AC running efficiently in the long term. Based on that first great experience, I knew I could trust Sedgwick again.
