Evan does amazing work. I needed a 1” full sole show lift added to 2 pairs of Doc Martens. I’m in PA but I could not find a cobbler willing to work on Doc Martens. So I found Evan online, shot him an email with some questions and he agreed to do the work. Sure it cost a little more since I had to pay for shipping both ways but boy was it worth it. Both shoes turned out beautifully. Even though I have a local cobbler that I usually go to, I think I’ll be shipping everything to Evan to have him do the work. His work is that good so it is worth it!
After contacting my shoe mfg to obtain replacement laces and finding they don't offer them, my search for suitable ones took me around the south metro with no success, leading me to a less than perfect match from Amazon. Then I learned of Evan's. They had the closest pair of laces I have yet to come across for my business casual leather loafers. Thank you for offering a brick and mortar store where a person can still come to touch and feel a product, its appreciated!
Evan is the man! He resoled my combat jump boots with the latest Vibram soles. He also resoled my steel toed jungle boots. Both pairs are comfortable as no other! 10 stars for the greatest cobbler in the Twin Cities!
