I am a little old lady who got stuck in the mud in a friend's driveway. Really stuck!
Her neighbor called Luís Alvarez from up the road to see if he could help. He and his son came right away, saw that I was in too deep, and called in a tow truck. Waiting for the truck to arrive they did some strenuous shoveling to prepare the ground. My car was out in no time flat.
They took me back to their shop to check for any damage, cleaned the whole car and the undercarriage -- and even hosed down the floor mats that I had ridiculously tried to use for traction before I gave up.
If I told you what they charged me you wouldn't believe me.

Can’t say enough good things about Luis & his two sons, Luis Jr. and Diego. We have been taking our cars here for 7 years now and every time they have gone above and beyond. They are incredibly hard working and honest, seriously the best family owned shop around. They will go the extra mile for you and explain everything in thorough detail. Absolutely no money gouging here - which is hard to find at auto shops these days. They prioritize you as the customer and make sure you are satisfied everytime. We are so grateful for them and would recommend them a million times over to absolutely anyone!
