My son and daughter attended the KickStart Martial Arts After School program for 5 years - it is amazing how 4 years later they still speak of the lessons and strength they gained through KickStart and under the amazing care and direction of Master Sisk and his wife Kellie. My daughter who has been fighting and auto immune disease health issues all year long said just the other day - that it is because of what she learned about perseverance and grit that she was able to get through this year and come out the other side. What an encouraging and motivating environment for all who participate here! Paul, Kellie, their boys and the student trainers are all such awesome individuals. This is a family run business and they make everyone feel as if they are part of the family.

Last year my youngest son needed a confidence boost, both physically and mentally. A friend mentioned martial arts and in that same week at a banquet I sat next to Paul and Kellie Sisk who operate Kickstart Martial Arts in Eagan. They had a great beginner trial period for one month and I could immediately see that my son was getting more confident with better agility. When I asked him if he wanted to continue after 4 weeks I got 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. Here we are 1 yr later and my son loves taking lessons at Kickstart.
