\\\"People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.\\\" I went into the floral department around Mother's Day 2021 looking for specific flowers that my mom likes as she was coming to town and I wanted her to feel special. When alerted that I, a customer, was waiting with questions, this woman \\\"florist\\\" came from out of her area, stopped dead in her tracks and looked at me like I had the plague for what seemed like eternity before she could snap out of it to ask me how I could be helped. Very elitist/prejudiced/discriminatory atmosphere. Needless to say, I do not frequent this store now.

Very elitist/prejudiced/discriminatory atmosphere. Needless to say, I do not frequent this store now.

This floral team has helped me out both personally and professionally on multiple occassions. They always come thru with kindness, artistic talent and care. I've never been let down and I greatly appreciate all they do for me!
