It’s hard as a new mom to take time to take good quality care of yourself. I was searching for the additional support/resources to better my overall health and am so lucky to have found the best place! Harmony health is so clean, the quality of care- the doctors listen to your concerns and are so thorough when it comes to the educational aspect to better prevent injuries and better your overall health.I met Dr. Ashley once and she was amazing and lovely. I came here for a few months while I was experiencing back pain and was able to get in very quickly after I initially called. Dr. Ashley is a very kind provider and explained all of the consequences that misalignment can lead to, which is intriguing for someone with a biology and science background. Her goal really is to help fix the underlying problem and not have you come into the clinic constantly, which is very much appreciated. Should I ever need chiropractic care again, I will be sure to come here.

Kind, courteous staff. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the therapy room! Everything was explained very well and I am confident this will help my sons discomfort !! I would highly recommend Dr. Ashley !!
