Oh man! My husband had the best OP person. Her name was Collette. She was the best! We had so many other things to try and balance and she unfortunately had to stop seeing us. Once we get my husband's unknown sickness under control again we will be coming back to this location specifically for her. She was kind, gentle, caring, sweet, awesome, funny, and tried really hard to help with my husband's specific needs of right sided spasticity. She was one of the rare people who didn't judge Alex. Went to MFairview Health Urgent Care in Eagan last night for a painful knee problem. The wait was fairly long but I had learned from a different Urgent Care organization that Urgent Care means that you don't need an appointment--not that they will see you within 10 minutes. The staff were great, especially Dr. Andrea Wojahn, who was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to me, asked great questions to quickly gather needed information, and discussed a plan to help me. And she shared a little bit about herself during the course of all that, which I thought was lovely and relatable. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again my choice is easy.

Chose this clinic because I am a patient in the M Health Fairview system -- that proved a good choice. Bad congestion led me to the clinic today, registering for care at the 10 am opening time. Despite a busy clinic, was able to get in for care in 25 minutes. Nurse and Doctor Ed Hong were thorough and professional and had complete access to all of my records in the system. Xrays, physical inspection and prescriptions all done and analyzed within an hour. Verdict: viral bronchitis. Top knotch care!
