Due to a problem with our recently installed water heater. Champion Plumbing quickly were able to send technicians Kert & Austin out to trouble shoot the problem and recommended a solution. The minute they arrived they listened to my description of the problem, with out interruption. They asked a few question, and went to work!
In no time at all they had diagnosed the problem, explained it and the solution. They not only had the problem solved but also made sure the warranty process was nothing I had to worry about. They explained it then handled it! Their knowledge of the product and it's warranty was complete and impressive.

Great timely service! Kerr was a top notch professional and did an exceptional job. Also got the work done, replacing an old water heater with a new one, in less than expected time! I would definitely call Champion Plumbing again!

I can honestly say I am so incredibly grateful for Champion Plumbing, specifically Billy the tech who came out and replaced our broken water heater and Ashley, who took my initial phone call this morning!! Billy was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what happened to my old water heater and all that needed to be done to replace it with a new one. There were no surprise expenses. He was up front with what needed to be done to replace it. I was pleased with the price of the new install and found it to be fair.
