Due to a problem with our recently installed water heater. Champion Plumbing quickly were able to send technicians Kert & Austin out to trouble shoot the problem and recommended a solution. The minute they arrived they listened to my description of the problem, with out interruption. They asked a few question, and went to work! In no time at all they had diagnosed the problem, explained it and the solution. They not only had the problem solved but also made sure the warranty process was nothing I had to worry about. They explained it then handled it! Their knowledge of the product and it's warranty was complete and impressive. So, from the time I first called to the job being finish, it had to be one of the easiest service transaction of my life. Kert & Austin are true Pro's, courteous, informed and engaged.
