Highly Recommended!! I came in with chronic, stubborn tightness in my shoulders, back and hips and Kim's expertise in myofascial release therapy was beyond impressive! She used slow, deliberate and very effective techniques to release the fascia and my tension. Kim truly cares by listening to my concerns plus worked with how my body was responding.
After the session, I added the red light dry sauna, so perfect and amazing! My massage with Kim was exceptional! I will absolutely be returning in the future. I am a hockey coach and lift weights several times a week. Kim found all of the crazy tight spots and is so in tune with what she does. Definitely book a session if you’re on the fence. You’ll be delighted!
I had two AMAZING sessions with Kim recently... in fact I would consider them life-changing. I've been a client for many years and have always had great results every time, but the last two really have taken it to the next level. I'd been struggling with chronic low back pain for over six years, and before that it was on and off.
