If I could give them 0 I would. This place has completely ruined my life in one appointment. Had gone in for a decaying tooth, which dr Dan had decided he wanted to fill, crown, and take my wisdom. He drilled my decaying molar AND the one next to it at the SAME TIME. The pain was unbearable and I cried the whole time! During this the staff discussed what they wanted for lunch?! He numbed my mouth 3 times in total during the process which didn't work. He then put temporary caps on both teeth at once, the temporary caps were shoved up my teeth causing them to be in terrible pain. I WAS IN SHOCK. walking out of the room I couldn't talk and was shaking. He said they would call me in 2 days for my crowns. 3 days passed and I called myself. They said they would call me AGAIN because they weren't in yet. I waited a week. NOTHING. I called multiple times again and no one answered. That's when the pain came in. NOT EVEN THE ERODED TOOTH, but the one next to it. IT WAS INSUFFERABLE. the pain was in my gums, eye, head. It was terrible. I had called more and nothing. Went to the urgent care and she said it was definitely infected, and that they get NUMEROUS people from woodland in. went to a new dentist and he said that they FILLED my tooth so far up my mouth and my nerve was DYING. I had to take antibiotics, not once, but twice for the tooth. AFTER a root canal, THE ORIGINAL ERODED TOOTH I HAD GONE IN FOR HAS BROKEN, THE INSIDE IS COMPLETELY VISIBLE and there is a hole going up into my tooth. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND HAS BEEN REPORTED MULTIPLE TIMES. I also have been told that Dr Dan has LOST his license before, rumors of sexual assault/harassment, and doesn't have the right to put people under without an anesthesiologist (rumored of course) BUT I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS MAN WITH MY PET. THIS PLACE HAS RUINED MY LIFE, don't let it ruin yours!

Very good first-time experience getting dental work done by Dr Dan. Very comforting and calm environment given my fear of the dentist and himself and his staff were very compassionate and talking me through the entire process of 4 fillings. Thanks to Dr Dan I am also FINALLY able to get my impacted wisdom teeth out thanks to him providing me x-rays and referring me to the oral surgeon on such a short notice. Thank you Dr Dan and team for taking good care of me despite being a difficult patient to work on!

One star for the front desk ladies. They are so nice! But the dentist is messy, incomplete, and unprofessional. He ruined 4 of my perfectly good teeth to put in bridges that he never finished. He got paid for all of the work but he never completed the work.

Ever since I've been coming here I have had nothing but good experiences, I would highly recommend you to bring your family here as well. It is such a beautiful office to walk in to as well as calming. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, helpful and respectful.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dan is the worst dentist I've ever been unfortunate to come across. I feel obligated to share my experience because I do not want anyone else to go through what I did at Woodland Dental.
When I first visited this office, I expected simple, honest dental care. Instead, I was quickly told I “needed” crowns, even though I had never had major issues with those teeth before. There was very little explanation, and I felt pressured into agreeing. I trusted the dentist’s recommendation, but that turned out to be a huge mistake.
The temporary crowns he placed were uncomfortable from the start. I developed increasing pain and swelling, and shortly after, I ended up with an infection so bad I had to be put on antibiotics. I tried to get help from the office, but they canceled my appointments multiple times, leaving me in pain and without answers.
Because of how bad things got, I ended up bouncing between different clinics, trying to get help. Several providers even commented (without me asking) that something looked very wrong with the work that had been done. Eventually, I was referred to an oral surgeon, who told me the damage was severe — and that my tooth couldn't be saved because the work had been done incorrectly. I had to have my tooth extracted because of this.
I went in expecting help, and instead, I left with a missing tooth and months of stress, pain, and expense.
What also concerns me now is that after sharing my experience, multiple people privately warned me that this has happened to others, and that this dentist has a reputation in other places for similar issues. Emotionally, the experience was awful. I felt dismissed, not listened to, and completely unsupported once things went wrong. The lack of proper communication, canceled appointments, and poor quality of work has left me with long-term consequences — financially, physically, and mentally. They also cancelled on me for a sterilizer issue?
I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment here. I wish someone had warned me before I trusted this place. PS the front desk staff are very unprofessional and cancel CONSTANTLY. Dan is super weird about wanting to put you on anesthesia. Please be very cautious of this facility if you choose to pursue work there.

Despite what I have heard from other people, I have never had a bad experience beside wait time at woodland dental. The reason for the wait time is they only have 1 main dentist and the rest are hygienist or assistance so the dentist has to work on patients one at a time. They accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield state insurance, and approved me for IV sedation due to anxiety. I show up at the time of my appointment and wait 30-45 minutes typically before dental work (worst wait 2 hours), the assistants keep me company and conversate while we wait. I have had probably well over 10k worth of dental work done by Doctor Dan. Dental work I would have not been able to afford to have done elseway. 3 hour appointment for 3 fillings, can't complain because I don't go home with a bill. I recommend you clear your afternoon for your dentist appointment, it's probably gonna take longer than expected. Front desks staff staff are super friendly! Appointments do get rescheduled or occasionally due to a variety of circumstances, but again can't complain about free dental care. I have never received a bill from woodland dental. I will definitely go back
