The owner Dan was very promt. Explained what needed to be done. Said they were 3 weeks out in getting to us. It was 6 weeks before they came to replace the glass. It was expensive, but agreed to have it done. I would have liked better communication in letting me know why it took so long.
I thought I would have to spend a lot of money replacing the whole window because there was a small whole in the center pane. A friend told me about the Glass Gurus. I gave them a call, and everything went very smoothly after that. My window was fixed and it didn’t cost me a fortune. I would highly recommend them.
The young men who came and installed our shower door were great! The finished door looks amazing and we are happy with it all!
