Working alone, Val provided excellent workmanship and product knowledge. He was extremely neat, orderly and methodical. He removed all old window remnants and job scraps from the site, both inside and out. Val cleaned up the entire jobsite, leaving it better than before the job. He kept me up to date throughout the process for each window and reviewed the entire job with a walk-around final inspection prior to departure. Thanks to Val for such a refreshing contractor performance.
Great experience, start to finish. The company kept me updated with emails and phone calls on the scheduling process. I would like to recognize our installer, SCOTT ZOMER for doing an amazing job start to finish! He went out of his way to get the project finished on schedule.
My only complaints would be the amount of time from signing the contract until the project was finished. I'm sure that's entirely due to staffing. Also, we were told this would be a one-day project which is extremely far-fetched. Scott was here for over 18 hours between the two days and he was working non-stop.
Had a new door installed and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Val Shintar. It was a long hot day but Val got the job done and the door looks Amazing!
