The Symmetry team is fantastic. I go there for both chiropractic care and physical therapy and have enjoyed my experiences and the care I receive. My neck pain and have headaches have improved because of Symmetry. I also appreciate that they have evening slots open on certain days for those of us that work the 9-5.
The entire team is very friendly and welcoming, from reception to the providers. Highly recommend!
I work with the physical therapist, Dr. Tuominen, for my lower back pain. He has been super great to work with. My first appointment with him was a lot of get to know you and trying to figure out the root cause of my pain. Which really helped to create a plan to target specific muscles in order to better support my back so it's not overcompensating for the movements that my hips muscles should be able to do on their own.
He has a great optimistic attitude and it is clear that he is very knowledgeable about his work and also very passionate about helping people everyday.

Fantastic place with amazing people. Everyone is very understanding and wants to help. They make sure you know what and why. And they're not pushy. Suffered with migraines for 10+ years, multiple a month.. Have only had 1 within the last two months and they gave me some exercises to do that helped. Highly recommend.
