Place is always busy. I check in on line at 10:30 in the morning. I was told a 5 hour wait time. So I went on with my day and got a text at 3:15 I was on deck. Went to the shop and right at 5 hours I was in the chair. Amanda was my “stylist” and she was great. Honestly best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Got the VIP upgrade for free. I will be back and I will wait all day again for Amanda.
Every stylist that has styled my hair has been fabulous. Granted I do not visit the Duluth location every month as it is usually 2 to 3 times a year, like a sheep sheering....lol. Your stylists greet me warmly and with the notes they take, and adjustments and tweaks, I walk away renewed. The MVP program is the best. My last visit was 02/16/2026 and the stylist remembered our conversation from last September. That is rare, and customer service on an entirely different level. Other than having difficulty selecting a known stylist first thing in the morning before the schedule fills. The services are excellent.
It would be nice to have an option to plan appointments days in advance.
