Paid to have our furnace cleaned before winter. We thought the tech did the job as they were supposed to, because you know, that's what we paid for; only to have no heat less than 3 months later. Called Randall's and was told that because we didn't say something sooner, you know, when we weren't really using our furnace, that it was our fault. They either wanted to wait until the 21st to come out (it's 5 degrees outside, we don't have heat and were having to use our oven to heat our house) or charge us $200+ an hour to come out in 2 days.
