Staff is so friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They tell you about the procedure before and keep you informed during the procedure. They keep checking on you to make sure all is well with you during the procedure - ready to assist if any discomfort or unease you may feel. No anxiety appointments with them!!

I cannot recommend Port City downtown enough! I needed a last minute appointment for two extractions. They got me in the next day. As soon as I walked in, I was offered a “comfort list” to choose from to have the best experience. (Pillow, blanket, headphones, laughing gas, etc) The lady who started my appointment with X-rays and numbing was the sweetest!!! I have severe dental anxiety and she was so accommodating. She made me feel at peace. The dentist (Dr. Kyle Hammer) was so phenomenal & calming. What an excellent doctor. He has the best bedside manner and really takes care of his patients.
