“Due to a family medical emergency, I was in need of a deep clean for an apartment. I had selected Marianne’s Professional Cleaning and they worked hard to fit my cleaning request in to their busy schedule. The day of the cleaning, Duluth was hit with a snow storm which caused the city to come to a hault. Because we had a deadline due to the emergency, I was concerned the cleaning could not be completed by our deadline. Marianne had to reschedule everyone for the day of the storm and to my great surprise, she pulled in extra people so that our appointment was immediately rescheduled for the next day. I had to travel from out of town to be at the cleaning and had to be back at home for a meeting that same day.
