My hair looks horrible, the whole experience was draining and spirit breaking. I never have had an experience like this with multiple women in a place be so mean. The one lady was gossiping horrible about me. I felt not so pretty after leaving. My highlights were orange. They refused to fix and the owner became aggressive and I hung up. Mackenzie left my hair a mess with orange highlights everywhere. I'm sad. I don't recommend. I had to hang up and end the call because of the aggression from the owner and that's not how I would like to communicate with a person. It's just not healthy. Mackenzie did an amazing job at a haircut, deep conditioning, and a caramel balayage for my daughter for a reasonable price. She was kind, caring, and you can tell she loves what she does! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
Mackenzie did a great job cutting my long thick hair, I will be back! She was very personable and great to talk to. As a curly hair girly, I often feel my hair care needs are not understood by other stylists. My hair appointments always take at least 2 hours. Mackenzie had me in and out in under an hour with the cut and style I wanted, couldn’t be happier ☺️
