Guthrie Plumbing and Heating has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From booking the appointment to the service provided this company is top notch and goes above and beyond for customers. We have older pipes in our home and Dale took the time to discuss our options with a leak we had and also helped us trouble shoot some freezing pipe issues we had during the last cold spell. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up very thoroughly. I appreciate the great communication throughout. We got more than our money's worth with this company. Cannot recommend Guthrie enough! All of them were so kind and helpful. Our hot water heater went out over night and we were lucky enough that they had an opening the next morning. Michelle in the office, was prompt in returning my inquiry, knowledgeable, forthcoming in cost, and even found us a new water heater! I was so comfortable having Dale & Trevor come into my home. They were so nice, answered all of my questions, and even showed me what things did and were called. We are so thankful that Guthrie was able to squeeze us in to replace our water heater, and make the process so easy! Easily the best plumber in the area! Dale inspected our system and deciphered the problem immediately. He implemented the most cost effective solution while providing quality parts and materials. After install he fully explained how everything works in a straight forward and understandable manner. Michelle was really fun to talk to as well. I’ll be going back to Guthrie Plumbing and Heating if I ever need work done in the future. Can’t forget about Dales little henchman Trevor. He’s a great guy too.
