I have a 130 year old house with very steep pitch. To say my roof was difficult to re-shingle would be an understatement. There were 2 layers of old shingles and felt to remove. One side needed the majority of boards replaced along with soffit and chimney removed down to attic floor. Of course the hole from chimney repaired also. They installed ridge vent and soffit vents for air circulation and I’ve had no leaks or issues with the work. It was on time and within budget. Very good crew who braved chilly late fall temps with even some light snow and early morning frost. Thanks for saving my home with a classy new roof.
My daughter and son-in-law had Perrin’s Roofing do their roof this summer, they were AMAZING!!! Right from the beginning the experience was great. Dennin responded to the request for a bid very quickly and identified the root cause of the leaking they had been having for a long time. His estimate was very thorough and the price was great considering there was a lot of additional work beyond just re-shingling the roof. The project ended up taking a little longer than expected because of weather and Labor Day weekend, but he was very good about communication and even though there were several big storms throughout its duration they never had a single leak from the partially finished roof. The crew was very nice. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up everyday. Also was great about cleaning up so they could let dogs out. I got a quote for my roof right away. The day of job, the crew was here early and worked non stop. The roof looks unbelievable and the clean up was better than I left it. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a new roof at a great price. They also were awsome for giving me a veterans discount, what more could you ask for. 5 stars
