I called Chem-Dry and asked for an appointment to get my carpet cleaned. They get two stars for coming out that very afternoon. For the results of their work I would give no stars. When they left the carpet was very wet but the guy said after it dried the carpet would be as good as new. It did dry after a day or so, but the carpet looked no different than when he started except that the little board that separates the carpet from the wood floor had been broken loose. Coffee stains were unchanged, traffic areas were still dirty, any part of the carpet that would have required something to be moved was left untouched. I got out my crummy Hoover scrubber, sprayed a section they'd supposedly just cleaned, and promptly sucked up a ton of dirty water. I consider the money I paid them a total waste. No, I would NOT recommend this company.

James arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. The work was done in half the time I expected. The rugs were dry 2 hours later. I will hire again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Everything went perfectly. My tech was very nice. He even tolerated my Boxer puppy! I was very happy with the three rooms they cleaned for us. Will use them again.

To borrow from Lt. Joe Kendra \\\" well my my \\\". Liz and I planned several weeks ago to have our older furniture removed and the carpets cleaned. On Friday Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports kept their appointment and even called to ask if they could come earlier. WOW that was unexpected and very courteous. The service tech came in and looked the job over. I asked if he could estimate cleaning the tile floors we have and the upstairs carpet. \\\"Yep no problem \\\". Then he got down to business. He explained the time period involved and the process. He assured Liz and I that our pets would be safe and that we should go over the carpet several hours later just in case there might be any residue. No problem. 2 hours later I refreshed the carpet with a final vacuuming. When Liz came downstairs she was thrilled and surprised. (carpet was pretty, well it needed to be cleaned). Today Saturday the 13th our new furniture was delivered to a sparkling new living room. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will use Chem-Dry again. Please make sure you call these professionals when you need their services, you will be pleased, I certainly was.
