10/10 highly recommend an icy plunge into Lake Superior after a relaxing essential oil therapeutic sauna. Should be on everyone's bucket list. The staff were amazing and so friendly. ?

Spent the most relaxing evening at the Cedar and Stone location on Lake Superior. The heat and the löyly (steam) were a balm to my soul, and eased the pain in all of my arthritic joints! I even took a real quick dip in the lake, so refreshing! I highly recommed a sauna session to everyone!!

Amazing experience! Was the most lovely start to our girls weekend getaway in Duluth! Ben was THE best sauna guide! A must do while in Duluth! Our customized sauna hats were also a hit!
