10/10 highly recommend an icy plunge into Lake Superior after a relaxing essential oil therapeutic sauna. Should be on everyone's bucket list. The staff were amazing and so friendly. ?

Spent the most relaxing evening at the Cedar and Stone location on Lake Superior. The heat and the löyly (steam) were a balm to my soul, and eased the pain in all of my arthritic joints! I even took a real quick dip in the lake, so refreshing! I highly recommed a sauna session to everyone!!

Cedar and Stone was awesome, but Elena made it AMAZING! She’s funny, engaging, attentive, and just genuinely good at making people feel cared for. (Amazing with the essential oils, btw.) Had so much fun and relaxation - didn’t want to leave. Elena has a rare mix of personality and grace that makes you feel instantly comfortable. She’s the kind of person who turns a good time into an unforgettable experience because she is so attuned to others. Highly recommend the cold plunges, including jumping off the house/sauna boat.
