Just had my gas furnace and hot water heater replaced by Carlson Duluth. Could not be happier. A young fellow named Jake ramrodded the job. Very pleasant and conscientious. He did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this business.

My 26-year old furnace died on Sunday. I have a service plan through Minnesota Energy Resources and they work with Carlson Duluth Company, so they did the original outreach. I was told to expect a call on Monday, and I they called Monday morning as promised. He gave me my options with all the information I needed to make what decisions I needed to make, then told me two people would be over Tuesday morning to install my new furnace. It's 4:00pm on Tuesday as I type this and I'm listening to my new furnace run (which is amazingly quiet compared to my old one). Everyone at Carlson Duluth was polite, professional, and friendly. I’m a small business owner and late afternoon yesterday I realized the furnace in my store was not working. I gave Carlson Duluth a call and 30 minutes later, Zach was at my store to help. The furnace is a roof unit and it was -20 degrees out or something ridiculous like that. Zach quickly figured out that the igniter was not working and installed a new one in no time. Zach was friendly, professional and somehow not frost bitten. I would highly recommend Carlson Duluth and I will be calling them again when needed.
