In my personal experience, the concrete work was not acceptable. The addition floor was so uneven that we had to use 30 bags of self-leveling compound before the flooring could be installed. In addition, the garage slab is already cracking. These problems have resulted in additional expense and frustration, and I would not choose this contractor again.
Tim is quite the guy. He has been working on my mom's property. He comes to work when he says, and when you're not expecting him...there he is working. He is meticulous, and cares about the customer.
